PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

The property management department of worx provides two important types of service: Asset Management and Property Management, which can be provided separately or together, according to the needs of each client and what type of asset it has (offices, warehouses or retail).

Through strategic partnerships with specialised companies we cover every aspect of property management as well as of Facilities Management, whatever line of business you may be in. We are members of APFM (Associação Portuguesa de Facility Management).
