The project management department of worx operates in partnership with Invescon. We do the project management of a development and act directly on behalf of our client, the developer/investor. We coordinate and manage all the parties involved- Architects and Designers, Consultants, Financiers, Lawyers, Agents, Builders, Purchasers, Tenants, or Investors. In all the phases of the building we try to minimise and control the associated risk by optimising timings, costs, quality and safety, as defined in the initial phase. | CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
The services of construction management are developed on the basis of the current programmes and designs and we seek to optimise them, firstly in the phases of tender and contract and later in the construction phase:

| SUPERVISION
The aim of supervision of construction is to create the conditions for the development to be carried out in accordance with the designs and the building programme. A cohesive team should be formed with all the parties which is permanently responsible and is focused on the objectives of the project. A pro-active attitude will be developed which seeks to anticipate possible future problems and to create the conditions necessary for their resolution in good time.

In a technical audit a building is evaluated in terms of its current condition as well as in terms of its potential present and future costs, with a view to maintaining an adequate performance of its functions. The audit will apply to the following aspects:

In an audit of energy use and of air quality a building is evaluated and certified in respect of these two parameters in accordance with current legislation.
